The short version: StagePad doesn't collect or track anything. Your library lives on your devices and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud account.
What the app stores
StagePad stores the songs, set lists, notes, and preferences you create. That includes the library itself, each set list's order and gig date, played marks, and the app's per-device settings (stage text size, instrument choice, keyboard preference, and similar).
This data is kept in the app's local store on your device. There is no StagePad account and no developer-operated server holding your library.
iCloud sync
When iCloud is available, StagePad syncs through Apple's CloudKit into the private iCloud database for your Apple Account. Only devices signed into your account can read it. The developer cannot browse, read, or export your library from iCloud.
If iCloud is unavailable — no account, restricted access, or an unsigned development build — the app falls back to a local-only store and says so in the sidebar. It does not silently pretend the data synced.
Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. You can manage or remove the app's iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
No accounts, analytics, or ads
StagePad has no sign-up, no user profile, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no advertising SDK. It does not ask for tracking permission because it has nothing to track.
TestFlight itself may collect crash reports and feedback when you choose to share them; that is Apple's TestFlight service, not an SDK inside StagePad.
Backups, exports, and shares
StagePad creates a backup only when you export one, and creates a PDF only when you export one. Those files go wherever you send them: the share sheet, the save panel, or another app. The developer does not receive a copy.
Deleting a song, a set list, or the app removes data from the relevant store. Because there is no StagePad account, there is no separate account to delete; iCloud data is managed through Apple's iCloud settings.
